The CSIS PMO Analyst is an essential position to provide the tracking of the planning, execution, progress for the ATM project in which CSIS must install the security items according to the Security Standards.The CSIS PMO Analyst role as part of the Regional Project team (Mexico) is responsible for:Provide the Bill Of Materials for all the projects that involve the technical design and financial projections.Collaborate with the SOS to realize the administrative task as the P.O., contracts, items delivery, etc.Follow up with the stakeholders (CRS, CTI, TEC, OPS and Business) for the daily, weekly, bi-weekly tracking.Also this track must be do it with the vendors to comply the commitment dates.Conduct with leadership the advance with the vendors and provide the reports for the senior managers of CSIS and the stakeholders.Inform to the senior managers for any potential risk on the execution of the projects.**Responsibilities**:- This role will manage projects and programs related to the ATMs Windows 10 migration, that implies the coordination of the vendor to execute the replacement of the ATMs&CDMs in branches across Mexico.- Coordinate with different teams the execution according to the master plan.- Comply with the commitment dates the CSIS activities.- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports about the advance of this initiative.This is a temporary role for one yearExperience 2 years in projects management preferred in ATM projectsScholarshipBachelor degreedThis role requires a person with strong skills of communication and negotiation.Keep organized all the activities and program according to the define schedules the works after and post the replacements.Escalate on time any potential risk to their direct manager and keep them post about the lastest update.- **Job Family Group**:Corporate Services- **Job Family**:CSIS Management & Operations- **Time Type**:Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.View the **EEO is the Law Supplement**.View the **EEO Policy Statement**.View the **Pay Transparency Posting
