FEDERAL MOGUL LIGHTING. Solicita : Tooling Eng. Descripción y Requisitos Bachelor's degree : Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineer. Previous experience of 5 years supervising Tool Room personnel / activities. Experience on Progressives dies and tooling for molding (maintenance and repair). Knowledge of machining fabrication techniques. Must have understanding of steel properties for Stamping Tools and, replacement components and repairs. Technical knowledge, use and purpose or machinery such as Mills, Grinders, CNC's, Wire, Lathe. MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook). Support all Capex activities (annual plan, projects, etc.). AutoCAD, Solid Works, GD&T. Must understand 5s programs. Responsabilidades and develop continuous improvement programs. Manage a monthly budget. Monitor all Min - Max inventories for tools. Knowledge MTTR y MTBF Administration and leadership of technical level team Knowledge of drawing and mold design. Work, practice and teach technicians in safe manner. Coordinate with Team for scheduling of Plan to Manufacturing Spare parts, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance. Able to multitask meetings, projects related to tooling conditions. Maintain updated inventories of all shipped and receiving tools in house and out. Teach and lead Tool room technicians in the practices of safe machining practices. Must be able to read and interpret 3D - 2D print drawings. Responsible for quoting, sending, tracking lead time, cost, and issuing PO's. Support validation / launch for New, Revised and ECR tools. Responsible for attainment of operational, quality, safety and functional goals as defined by the plant management. Planning and execution Plan control. Personnel management Responsible to comply the Preventive Maintenance, higher to 90%. Responsible to maintain the tools availability higher to 95%.
