Crear briefs creativos sólidos y orientados a resultados de negocio. Definir territorios de marca y posicionamiento estratégico. Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos creativos para traducir insights en ideas ejecutables. Analizar tendencias de consumo y comportamiento del shopper. Monitorear la competencia y benchmarks de la industria. Participar en sesiones de trabajo y workshops estratégicos. Asegurar la consistencia estratégica en todas las piezas de comunicación. Coordinar con equipos multidisciplinarios (creativos, cuentas, medios). Supervisar la ejecución estratégica de campañas. Medir y evaluar la efectividad de estrategias implementadas. Skills Requeridos. Licenciatura en Mercadotécnica, Comunicación o a fines. 6 años de experiência en planeación estratégica. Experiência en manejo de gran volumen y complejidad.
