Client: Our client boasts a 40-year legacy, specializing in personalized retirement services and strategic tax planning.They empower investors with unique opportunities in non-traditional assets like real estate, private equity, precious metals, etc.Project overview: The project is in its initial stages.We are looking for Program Manager to take the lead in driving the next phases, including planning and executing the implementation to ensure a successful outcome.- Requirements: Proven ability to engage and build trust with senior stakeholders, acting as a representative of the organization- Strong understanding of client vision, expectations, and strategic objectives to align program goals effectively- Extensive experience in program management, including setting up delivery frameworks, defining governance models, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals- Skilled in designing and implementing reporting systems to track progress, manage risks, and communicate program health effectively to stakeholders- Experience in translating client expectations into actionable strategies for internal teams- Skilled in balancing scope, time, and budget constraints to ensure program success- Strong ability to ensure clarity of project goals and desired outcomes across multiple parties- Demonstrated capability to collaborate with and coordinate multiple vendors to mitigate risks of misalignment- Ability to proactively address cross-vendor dependencies, conflicts, or delivery overlaps- Skilled in identifying program-level risks and opportunities early and aligning stakeholders to resolve issues at both tactical and strategic levels- Experience in managing escalations and providing resolutions effectively- Strong communication skills to drive collaboration and ensure alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders- Ability to act as a point of escalation for Project Managers and other stakeholders, providing guidance and leadership when needed- Understanding of platform migration programs and experience managing similar initiatives is highly preferred
