Regional Manager – Caribbean & Latin America (CALA)Remote Position ~ Applicant must be based in MexicoLanguages: Fluent Spanish and English essential We're seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in the hospitality sector, across the Caribbean & Latin America.This role is responsible for driving market share growth, developing talent, and strengthening partnerships across key segments including TMC, Leisure, and Luxury.Key Responsibilities:Recruit, coach, and manage a regional field sales team to achieve commercial targets.Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, ensuring KPIs and goals are met.Oversee reporting, Salesforce/analytics accuracy, calendars, and expense management.Coordinate hotel participation in key regional activities and support commercial activation initiatives.Collaborate with regional leadership to align priorities and drive impactful outcomes.Analyse market share, revenue trends, and performance gaps to guide strategy and resource allocation.· Attend in office meetings, as required, 2-5 times per month.Ensure consistent documentation, professional standards, and engagement across all key accounts.This role suits a commercially driven leader with strong communication skills, a passion for developing people, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse markets.Experience across TMC, Leisure and Luxury hospitality segments is essential.To Apply: Send us your resume (in English) - we look forward to reviewing your application
