**About the Company and Team**The Infrastructure Industries Global Industry Unit's (IGIU) mission is to build and deliver technology and solutions that improve the lives of global citizens.For Energy & Water, that's striving to ensure that every global citizen has access to clean and affordable energy and water.For Construction & Engineering, it's navigating enormous change to become more efficient, smarter and sustainable.You'll be joining a diverse, cross-functional team that's developing an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI powered platform for the infrastructure industries.We operate with a startup mindset providing the best of two worlds - the autonomy to iterate on new ideas, working on cutting-edge technology, while sitting within a stable, larger organization at Oracle.We're working on big goals, and we need talented folks with equally big ambitions.Join us**About the Job**We're seeking a well-rounded Full Stack Engineer to design the platform that will enable IGIU's product portfolio to quickly uptake OCI AI capabilities, with a focus on Generative AI, to make our products smarter, more efficient and a joy to use.You will collaborate closely with cross**What You'll Make Happen**Build the integration framework to connect our new AI capabilities with the IGIU product suite.Develop the prompt engineering framework to access data needed from the IGIU product suite.Leverage Oracle's APEX and JavaScript to build front-end experiences for Oracle employees building on the AI Accelerator Platform You'll contribute to ideas for how to architect our platform for scale.**About You**:5+ years of software development and design experience.Deep experience developing with Java.Experience with Python, JavaScript and other languages is preferred.5+ years of experience building enterprise Cloud Services Hands-on experience developing services on a public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud) You've built rich tools for use by your team and other internal customers.You've made life easier for other developers and have motivated your teams to make both process and service improvements with your ability to automate and instrument properly to get the right data.Deep experience with continuous deployment tools.Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration technology is a plus.Interest in Generative AI including prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and fine tuning.You are comfortable working at all levels of the technical stack.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a pragmatic approach to building scalable and robust machine learning systems.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.You are comfortable with ambiguity.You have a strong sense of ownership, can define your own workplan and can drive projects to completion.You are excited to learn new technologies and stay on the cutting edge of what's possibleYou've taken a product or platform from 0 to 1, you know what it takes to launch something novelCareer Level - IC3
