**Call center Working Team Leader****About Us**Helpware is a technology-driven company with offices in the USA, Ukraine, Mexico, Germany, Albania, Poland, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines which provides Customer Experience & Operational Support for modern companies.Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best-in-class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform daily call center duties, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.- Supervise and support a team of call center agents, providing guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback.- Conduct one-on-one meetings and coaching sessions to foster team member growth and performance improvement.- Prepare and maintain reports related to team performance, metrics, and productivity.- Monitor calls and review performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and recognize accomplishments.- Collaborate with the management team to implement best practices and optimize team performance.- Serve as a point of contact for team questions, escalations, and operational support.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Prior experience as a call center agent, with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.- Ability to compile and analyze data for performance review and reporting.- Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing daily responsibilities.- Proficiency with call center platforms, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of accountability.**We Offer**:- 18,000MXN gross- Food vouchers- Law benefits- Major Health Care InsuranceTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,****** al mesBeneficios:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Trabajo desde casaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- Vives Actualmente en la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara?Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
