Responsable directo de asegurar el control y análisis de los indicadores del área a su cargo (IPI’s del área, Score Card, PPM’S del cliente, PPM’S de los proveedores, auditorias IATF 16949, VDA). Responsable de asegurar que el área a su cargo de mantenimiento dé la información en SAP y sus entradas, declaraciones, inventarios y buen uso de los accesos al sistema y confiabilidad de la información. Responsable de revisar el Budget y CAPEX del área a su cargo y optimizar el uso de sus recursos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas y estándares (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA, BIQS, estándares corporativos, auditorías y políticas del grupo PLASTIC OMNIUM del área a su cargo). Asegurar que los productos y servicios cumplan en entregas, calidad y costo de cada una del área a su cargo. Asegurar que el área a su cargo cumpla las expectativas de los clientes internos y externos. Asegurar el cumplimiento y hacer cumplir los procesos y procedimientos relacionados al área a su cargo. Responsable de seleccionar y formar a su personal enfocados en un ambiente de trabajo estable para el logro de sus objetivos. Responsable de realizar, participar y hacer partícipe a su personal a cargo en equipos de trabajo para la mejora continua (TPM, Kaizen, Autónomos) con un enfoque preventivo y predictivo. Responsable de coordinar, capturar y transferir mejoras usando Kaizen Aplicado (DIV.O5.ME.23.FO.03) y/o Mejores prácticas. Comunicar e implementar Kaizen Aplicado externo y/o Mejores Prácticas (según corresponda) dentro de la planta, informando el progreso y los resultados al Equipo Divisional CIP. Responsable de implementar proyectos y talleres Lean que generen una mejora de los IPI de la planta o cualquier otro indicador de interés para la empresa. Coordinar y respaldar las evaluaciones técnicas (Inyección, Pintura, Mantenimiento) dentro de la planta y seguimiento a que el plan de acción se ha implementado y completado. #J-18808-Ljbffr
