Learning Experience Designer RoleAre you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that drive business results?Do you have expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and multimedia content creation?If so, we're looking for a talented Learning Experience Designer to join our team.Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to create high-quality learning materials that meet the needs of our internal employees.As a key member of our Organizational Development team, you will work closely with functional training teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement practical learning experiences aligned to business objectives.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, update, and revise existing content to meet learning objectives and employee needs.Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning experiences and content.Participate in needs assessment and prioritization of design projects.Select appropriate learning technologies to deliver learning solutions.Pilot and validate learning solutions with key stakeholders.Engage learners through infographics, e-learning, social learning, job aides, role plays, and gamification.Design within company standards ensuring consistency in language, terminology, branding, and ADA compliance.Convert information into easily used and understood text and graphics.Support audio and video production by working with the design team.Take ideas / concepts and translate them into objectives, outlines, plans, etc.— Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.Contribute to a team-based, collaborative learning environment.Required Skills and QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.3+ years of experience in graphic design, procedure writing, and / or multimedia content creation.A strong understanding of adult learning theory.Demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360.Basic knowledge of adult learning methodologies, needs of the modern learner, and current trends impacting organizational development.Experience with eLearning concepts, tools, and instructional design methodologies.Experience with e-Learning design, video / media production, and editing.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.Our team is committed to upholding company values and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
