100% Remoto en Latinoamérica (con disponibilidad para trabajar en husos horarios de América) Descripción del Rol Buscamos un Proposal Analyst US Market con experiencia en la gestión de proyectos y desarrollo de propuestas comerciales en entornos dinámicos para el mercado americano (US Market). El candidato ideal tendrá habilidades para coordinar equipos, optimizar procesos y garantizar entregas exitosas en proyectos complejos. Este rol requiere una comunicación efectiva en inglés y español, así como capacidad para trabajar con clientes globales. Liderar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos en áreas de propuestas comerciales y servicios gestionados. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios asegurando cumplimiento de plazos y estándares de calidad. Implementar procesos eficientes para la gestión de propuestas y documentación. Colaborar con áreas de ventas, marketing y operaciones para garantizar la alineación estratégica. Supervisar riesgos, cumplimiento normativo y control de calidad en proyectos. Preparar presentaciones y reportes ejecutivos para clientes internacionales. Experiencia comprobada (3+ años) en gestión desarrollo de propuestas comerciales outsourcing, staffing, consultoría de recursos humanos, consultoría de servicios y negocios. requisito excluyente Experiencia previa y comprobable (mínimo 1-2 años) en procesos de licitaciones en Estados Unidos requisito excluyente. Idiomas:Español nativo. Inglés C1/C2 (conversacional y escrito, certificado deseable como EF SET, TOEFL o similar). Formación académica en áreas como Administración, Ingeniería, Tecnología, Psicología Organizacional o afines. Competencias Clave Organización y manejo de prioridades en entornos de alta presión. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo. Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
