About usWe are a global leader in conventional, all-wheel, and electrified driveline systems and solutions.Our comprehensive global footprint enables us to design, develop, manufacture, and integrate an extensive range of driveline technologies for over 90% of the world's car manufacturers.Position OverviewThis strategic role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, influencing business outcomes, and collaborating directly with leaders.You will lead and implement talent strategies, advise on HR policies, and deliver impactful solutions across recruitment, performance, succession planning, compensation, engagement, onboarding / offboarding, and retention.This position includes a strategic focus on compensation and benefits, supporting the HRBP team with expert guidance and ensuring equitable, competitive, and sustainable practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute talent strategies that drive organizational success through people.Advise senior leaders on HR policies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Design and implement data-driven HR tools and generate insights to guide decision-making.Sustain a motivating work climate and drive team engagement.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with exposure to strategic initiatives and direct interaction with senior leaders.Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, due to collaboration with global teams.Proficiency in data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder communication.#J-*****-Ljbffr
