The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and optimizing **Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)** solutions, with a preference for expertise in **CrowdStrike Falcon** and **Microsoft Defender for Endpoint**. This role will collaborate closely with Security Operations, IT Infrastructure, and Incident Response teams to ensure our endpoint environment is secure, monitored, and aligned with best practices.* Design, implement, and maintain endpoint security tools, policies, and best practices.* Administer and optimize EDR platforms—preferably CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.* Monitor alerts, analyze suspicious activity, and support threat detection and response efforts.* Develop and maintain endpoint hardening standards and configuration baselines.* Conduct regular health checks, tuning, and performance reviews for security agents and policies.* Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident Response teams to triage and remediate security incidents.* Automate security tasks and reporting using scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, etc.).* Assist with vulnerability management, including remediation tracking and coordination with IT teams.* Provide subject matter expertise for endpoint-related security initiatives and projects.* Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and security architecture.* **Hands-on experience with EDR platforms**, including Crowdstrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.* Solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and/or Linux endpoint security architecture.* Experience analyzing threats, logs, and alerts in EDR or SIEM solutions.* Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK techniques and endpoint threat detection methodologies.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.* Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CrowdStrike CCFA/CCFR/CCFH, Microsoft SC-200, CompTIA CySA+).* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.* **3–5+ years of experience** in endpoint security engineering or related cybersecurity role.Our common thread: We're originals.From day one, we've been doing it our way — creating our own drumbeat and building something that's different from the rest.
