In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Release Engineer Manager to ensure that Salesforce deployments are predictable, automated, and secure.You will manage our CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Git, acting as the “Traffic Controller” for all metadata moving through our landscape. This includes overseeing sandbox environments, resolving merge conflicts, and enforcing governance standards before any code reaches production.What you’ll doRelease Architecture & AutomationBuild and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines and Salesforce CLI (SFDX).Own Git repository management, enforce branching strategies, and oversee Pull Requests with quality gates (static code analysis, test coverage).Environment & Sandbox StrategyCoordinate sandbox refreshes, data masking, and environment synchronization.Assist in resolving complex Git merge conflicts (Profiles, Permissions).Governance & Deployment OperationsHandle certificates and optimize DevOps tooling.Required QualificationsExperience: 4+ years in Release Engineering or DevOps within the Salesforce ecosystem.Expertise: Git and Bitbucket (merges, rebases, permissions).Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Metadata API and Tooling API.PreferredSalesforce Deployment Lifecycle certification.Experience with Copado, PMD, SonarQube.Perficient full-time employees receive complete and competitive benefits.
