OverviewTitle and SummaryManaging Consultant, Advisors – Performance Analytics OverviewMastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations.Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard's rich data assets and in-house technologies to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.Mastercard Advisors work with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and finance.The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Performance Analytics, Strategy & Transformation, Business Experimentation, Marketing and Project Management.Our Performance Analytics consultants use AI, Machine learning and BI platforms, develop cutting edge insights and products for our clients using Mastercard, customer & 3rd party data assets.Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques on our enterprise applications (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, NiFi, Python, Impala, and more) to deliver solutions and products that creates business impact.Get hands-on to design, implement & scale analytical solutions for customers across industries.Positions for these different specializations and levels are available in separate job postings.Please apply to the position that is best suited to your background and experience.If you want additional information regarding the different career levels and specializations within Advisors, visit the Advisors Client Services Specializations webpage.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statementsDevelop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client valueOwn key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readinessLead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations, and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skillsProvide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership, and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levelsCollaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm\'s intellectual capitalProvide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultantsQualificationsBasic qualifications: Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience working on business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics projectsExperience managing clients or internal stakeholdersAbility to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findingsProficiency using data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS)Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skillsAble to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAble to communicate effectively in English and the local office languageEligible to work in the country where they are applying and for travel visas as required by travel needsPreferred qualifications: Experience building, managing, and maintaining database structuresAdditional data and analytics experience: Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PsyparkExperience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firmRelevant industry expertiseMaster's degree with relevant specialization such as advanced analytics, big data, or mathematical discipline (not required)Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.#J-*****-Ljbffr
