With 2-3 years experience, the role focuses on delivering strong performance and meeting company KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid social (in-house) campaigns across all platforms.Optimize campaigns daily to improve ROI, CPA, CTR, and overall results.Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.Monitor budgets, pacing, and campaign delivery.Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights.Generate weekly performance reports for management.Stay updated on platform best practices, trends, and new tools.Required Skills:2-3 Years of hand on experience managing social campaignsStrong attention to detail.Ability to understand conversion flows and analyze data effectively.Very good level of English (written and verbal).Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach.Experience managing multi-platform social campaigns.What we offerCompetitive salary and Bonuses package.Opportunities for career advancement and skill development.An International & Dynamic environment with endless opportunities to grow and develop
