Objetivo del puesto Debido a recientes inversiones corporativas y al aumento de la productividad en la planta, se requiere un ingeniero de proyectos estratégicos para apoyar rutinas administrativas y proyectos de fabricación de piezas dentro del área de manufactura corporativa. Responsabilidades Monitoreo y control del presupuesto corporativo de proyectos. Analizar y comparar cotizaciones para inversiones corporativas. Comunicación y participación con el equipo de manufactura corporativa y planta para apoyar la implementación de proyectos transfuncionales y la instalación de nuevo equipamiento. Apoyo en la preparación y seguimiento de informes de presupuesto corporativo de manufactura. Coordinar y apoyar proyectos PP y NPP (líneas de fabricación de camiones y piezas según sea necesario). Habilidades y requisitos Herramientas: MS Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD y/o SolidWorks. Comunicación clara y sólida. Habilidades blandas: gestión de proyectos, análisis y resolución de problemas, toma de decisiones, planificación y organización, comunicación efectiva, pensamiento estratégico. Grado universitario en ingeniería mecánica, civil, eléctrica, informática o en campos relacionados con la industria manufacturera. Ubicación: Saltillo.
