Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processingSupport the recruitment process by advising hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and best practices.Foster a positive working environment by proactively addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances. Provide guidance on organizational design, structure, and roles to enhance efficiency and align with business needs.Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.Advise leadership on legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring that HR processes and policies adhere to applicable laws.Qualifications4+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Experience in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management.Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organization.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
