About the jobSenior Dynamics Consultant HS-12P Technologies: Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Platform.Locations available: All LatAm.Oceans Code Experts is looking for talented individuals that are ready for the next step in their career, we offer a collaborative professional environment as full of rewarding experiences as it is of challenges.A Senior Dynamics Consultant at Oceans can expect to work on multiple projects, work with a cross-functional team, and are transparent about time and tasks to help clients understand the progress of their projects.Candidates must LOVE helping people, solving business problems, and pushing themselves to slay the next beast of a project.Job SummaryJoin a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft technologies while mentoring teams and shaping technical strategy.Work in dynamic, distributed teams and help transform complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to clients: gather, challenge, and refine requirements by asking the right questions and diving deep into business processes.Lead and mentor junior team members, setting high standards for technical delivery and collaboration.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Directors to ensure successful project outcomes.Perform data transformation and analysis using SQL to ensure accuracy, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.Design, configure, and extend solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM / ERP modules) and Power Apps.Contribute to the design of solution flows and provide thought leadership in technical decision-making.Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.Job RequirementsGreat English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM / ERP).Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial).7+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or solution delivery roles.5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).5+ years of experience using SQL for data transformation and integration.Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and translate technical concepts clearly.Naturally curious and investigative mindset; able to uncover the "why" behind client needs.3+ years in senior or lead roles with mentoring responsibilities.Comfortable working across global teams and managing collaboration across time zones.Nice to have: 2+ years of experience with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).Experience in solution architecture or involvement in technical design discussions.Background in consulting firms or IT services companies.Nearshore experience is a plus, though adaptability and openness are more important.Position Type & Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times.Work Hours PolicyWe operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times.Remote WorkAdditionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.#J-*****-Ljbffr
