Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of Salesforce-based projects across multiple business units and industries. This individual will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs, technical architecture, and agile execution, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Technical Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce initiatives. Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications. Drive implementation across custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows) and declarative features. Project & Execution Oversight: Lead delivery through all KITE framework phases: Planning, Kickoff, Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy. Ensure alignment to Agile ceremonies such as Planning, Refinement, Stand‑ups, Demos, and Retrospectives. Track and report on sprint velocity, resource capacity, risk mitigation, and milestone attainment. Manage project governance and enforce Definition of Ready / Definition of Done standards. People & Stakeholder Management: Manage and mentor direct reports including Developers, Architects, and Admins. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and support skill development. Act as the technical liaison with internal stakeholders and external clients. Support staffing decisions and role allocation within delivery squads. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure technical alignment with business needs. Collaborate with Salesforce BAs and functional consultants to validate requirements and maintain traceability. Engage with third‑party vendors and system integrators when applicable. Platform & Integration Oversight: Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and connectors. Maintain source control, deployment pipelines, and configuration documentation. Support Salesforce environment strategy across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform delivery, including custom development and solution design. Proven experience managing technical Salesforce projects in a client‑facing or cross‑functional environment. Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data management. Hands‑on experience with Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs is a strong plus. Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Developer I / II, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred.
