Senior Security Advisor

We help the world run better Role Information Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is a business unit in the Product Engineering Board Area. Enterprise Cloud Services supports customers throughout their cloud transformation and SAP S / 4HANA Private Cloud adoption journey (PCE, RISE with SAP). We run the Intelligent Enterprise so they can be an Intelligent Enterprise. Our portfolio of SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Private Cloud Edition (PCE part of RISE with SAP) and SAP Cloud Application Services turns SAP products into a solution-as-a-service on customer's preferred infrastructure, including Hyperscalers, as one SAP. In your regional role as Senior Security Advisor / Architect you will represent ECS Security in front of the customers as a Security Expert / Advisor and explain the overall Cloud Security Framework, our Security Processes, Features and Services both in the presales and post-sales phases. You will represent the main POC for the region, you will report directly to the Regional ECS President (hard line) and also to the Global ECS Chief Security Officer (dotted line) and you will support the CSO office, responsible for the effective and efficient ECS global security strategy, security programs and services. You will follow the Global CSO office business guidance and strategy but also represent an important input from the market for our overall ECS Security Roadmap. You will work closely with the regional Presales and Sales teams to drive and help ECS deal closure by helping customers understand how we secure the private cloud and answer / solve complex security technical requirements. You will also collaborate closely with Regional ECS Security Leaders. What you will do Act as a main security contact in front of customers in your region - both presales and post-sales phase Represent ECS CSO office in customer discussion (security engineering, security delivery, security processes, features etc) to support presales architects and sales colleagues Take initiative to support ECS Security roadmap to better address customer requirements Collaborate closely with all our ECS security colleagues including ECS Security Leadership to understand the development of the private cloud, challenges and translate those into effective solutions What you bring 12+ years overall security experience dealing with big customers and complex security requirements 5+ years of experience architecting security tools and complex projects Experience with a MSSP model in a public / private cloud environment - shared responsibility with customers Strong network security and cloud security technical capabilities (Azure, AWS, GCP) CISSP certification, CCSP / CCSK certification, any SANS certification is nice to have Customer facing / public speaking experience What you get from us Success is what you make it.
