Your potential is our inspiration.** Where You’ll Make a Difference**• Lead commercial activities for fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based ingredients across Mexico & LATAM.• Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities in bakery, dairy, confectionery, and processed foods.• Provide technical support based on customer formulations, processes, and production needs.• Conduct product trials, demos, and technical training with clients and internal teams.• Collaborate with Applications R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.• Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions for clients.• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term account growth.• Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and performance reports.• Lead market intelligence efforts to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth segments.** What Makes You the Right Fit**• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.• 3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in fats & oils or food ingredients.• Strong understanding of lipid technology: emulsification, fat crystallization, oxidative stability, and antioxidants.• Solid knowledge of margarine and shortening processes.• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-oriented solutions.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.• Experience working with food manufacturers or industrial processors.• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.• Availability to travel nationally and regionally.• Experience supporting bakery, dairy, or confectionery clients with product development or formulation.• Previous work with emulsifiers, antioxidants, or lipid blends in technical applications.• Knowledge of LATAM regional regulations for fats, oils, and food additives.• Opportunity to lead technical–commercial strategy in a high-impact regional role.• Work with a world-class portfolio of fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based solutions.• Collaboration with global experts in Applications, R&D, and Innovation.• Competitive compensation package and performance-based incentives.• Training, development, and long-term career growth opportunities.• A dynamic, science-driven environment where your technical expertise shapes real customer solutions.Olemme maailman johtava maku-, tuoksu- ja ravitsemusalan toimittaja, joka tarjoaa asiakkaillemme laajemman valikoiman luonnollisia ratkaisuja ja vauhdittaa kasvustrategiaamme.
