OverviewInitiate, monitor or direct activities concerned with supplier quality, development and continuous improvement.Conduct thorough checks of quality systems and quality performance.Tasks / Job FunctionCooperation with suppliers during the implementation of new products, by involvement in key product, using supplier´s expertise to optimize cost, delivery and manufacturabilityCoordinate, review, approve and maintain all supplier PPAP documentationProvide qualitative evaluation according to relevant indicators, provide audits by suppliersProvides effective progress back PPMCoordinates all the supplier changesIdentify new strategic suppliersCooperates with other departments especially with engineering, purchasing and logistic departmentsManage and controls the deals about complex requirements provided to supplier and sub – supplier, identifying areas to grow up the quality of deliveriesParticipates on the development and increase of performance strategic suppliersImplements and realizes tenders for suppliers of strategic material and subcontracting according to supplier’s marketsCompetencesAct on company behalf with suppliersTo decide on stopping the production process in case of identifying nonconforming or suspect product, part, state machine or process.ResponsibilitiesTo solve the internal and external disagreementsFor communication with suppliers and participation with supplier’s auditsFor completion or approval, the divergence in production processFor trainings in production “training on job” according to trainings plans and activities connected with itFor proper accomplishment of objectivesFor proper managing of documentsFor compliance of 5S system and Lean principlesFor dealings inside and outside the company according to company´s objectives and shared values.For compliance of EHS, FP and Environmental protection regulations on the workplaceFor compliance with the internal instructions of SSI companyQualificationsBachelor´s degree in a technical field10 years related work experience – professional certificationAdvanced knowledge, internal informational systemExcellent knowledge of quality management systems in automotive as outlined by AIAG a TSKnowledge of statistic methods – SPC, FMEA, 8D reportKnowledge of ISO Standards IATF 16949:2002/ IS0 9001:2000Knowledge of PPAP, FAIRKnowledge of Product and Process Audit VDA 6.3Knowledge of customer requirementsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing – Kaizen, 5SKnowledge of IMDSKnowledge of IPC principlesKnowledge of technical documentsTeam player, the strong orientation to customer’s accessAbility to manage sub-contractor suppliers in high-volume value fabricated parts/componentsAbility to work on multiple projects all at onceExcellent communication and negotiation skills internally and externallyAnalytical skills, strategic thinking ability and problem solving capacity #J-18808-Ljbffr
