Position Overview:We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team.In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our paid media strategy across various platforms to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and success.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to meet or exceed specific performance targets.- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights for optimizing spend and performance.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals and campaigns.- Manage budgets, forecast spending, and track campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.- Analyze campaign data, produce regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.- Stay up-to-date with paid media best practices, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in a Paid Media Manager role or similar, with a strong portfolio of successful paid media campaigns.- Expertise in various paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.- Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing.**Salary**: From $17,****** per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Paid Media Specialist: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
