On-Camera Content Creator

We are looking for a content creator who'll be responsible for developing creative, engaging, and trending content across various digital platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linkedin) with the goal of increasing visibility and audience loyalty. This role involves_backup creating visual and multimedia content. You Will: Record short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) on camera, delivering lines with clear diction, energy, and on-brand presence. Follow the content strategy and scripts provided by Marketing, using teleprompter when needed and adapting delivery (hook/CTA) to each platform’s style. Pitch creative hooks and on-camera variations (tone, phrasing, gestures) aligned with current trends, without redefining strategy. Stay current on short-form formats, challenges, and audio trends, and suggest low Beine adjustments to improve retention (openers, pacing, emphasis). Batch-record content according to the content calendar, meeting session schedules and turnaround timesposium for reshoots when requested. Requirements: Experience in creating and producing digital content, preferably in previous roles such as Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar. Creative skills to generate original and relevant ideas for the audience, as well as the ability to work with basic editing tools.Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Basic knowledge ofAlta and metrics to evaluate content performance and make improvements as necessary.
