The team values efficiency, creativity, and autonomy—especially when it comes to producing high-performing marketing content.Scope of the RoleThe company is looking for a Video Editor to create compelling direct-response ad creatives from raw content. You’ll focus on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), with potential expansion into TikTok and others. The ideal candidate works quickly, creatively, and independently—delivering polished ads that convert.ResponsibilitiesEdit raw video and photo assets into polished direct-response ads optimized for MetaCreate multiple ad variations to test hooks, CTAs, and formatsCollaborate with the marketing team to align creatives with brand voice and campaign goalsLeverage AI tools (if applicable) to enhance or generate content (e.g., environments, effects, plug-and-play workflows)Ensure videos are platform-ready (aspect ratios, captions, file formats)Maintain fast turnaround times while delivering high-quality, creative workQualificationsProven experience editing ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaignsStrong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused contentSkilled with editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal directionCreative mindset with an eye for storytelling and attention-grabbing visualsPreferred QualificationsExperience using AI tools for creative generation and editingFamiliarity with TikTok ad formats and trendsComfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
