**SENIOR EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (TEMPORARY 12 MONTHS)****-**************W****Descripción**At **Johnson & Johnson**, the largest healthcare company in the world, we come together for one purpose: to transform the history of health in humanity.Diversity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years.Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.At Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies, we are using our breadth, scale, and experience to reimagine the way healthcare is delivered and to help people live longer, healthier lives.In a radically changing environment, we are making connections across science and technology to combine our own expertise in surgery, orthopedics, and interventional solutions with the big ideas of others to design and deliver doctor and patient-centric products and solutions.We are in this for life.We are changing the trajectory of human health, **YOU CAN TOO.****We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR EQUIPMENT ENGINEER (TEMPORARY 12 MONTHS) to be in Juarez, Chih.Mx****Purpose**:The Equipment Engineer is a technical expert on different kinds of equipment and technology, capable of providing support and/or troubleshooting skills to solve problems to the different business unit equipment.Must be able as needed to direct and lead different projects related to equipment.**You will be responsible for**:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Executes specific automation - related capital projects from design through construction, equipment concept validation and approval.- Perform characterization, qualification and equipment validation activities as needed to bring new automation systems into production.- Evaluates and implements new automation technologies into manufacturing operations; designs, selects, and installs hardware and software up grades.- Trouble shoots and tests new equipment.- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas of on coming trouble or opportunities for improvement.- Maintains and administers manufacturing equipment control systems in support of daily process operations.- Execute machine and process improvements on automation systems post-release to support operational objectives in the areas of yield, uptime, reliability, etc.- Write and review documentation (procedures, special instructions, qualification plans and reports, corrective action plans, etc.)- Ensure safe working conditions and practices in the department as well as providing support on the plant safety requirements.- Project implementation team member and Manufacturing support on the different systems that are directly interconnected to the equipment management level- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures- Performs other duties assigned as needed**Calificaciones****Requirements.**- B.S Engineering Degree or Science Discipline- Approximate experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities to 6 years' experience in the implementation and support of highly automated manufacturing systems.- Basic Knowledge on the different layers from the OSI model.- Experience on Machine vision systems programming (Cognex preferred)- Experience with OPC servers and/or Win CC (Kepware/Omniserver, etc.)- Experience with different system interconnections (TCP/IP, RS232, MPI, Profibus, etc.).- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communications skills.- Experience on Good Documentation Practices.- Language Skills: Bilingual(Spanish& English).- Desired/Preferred Qualifications- Experience with SQL databases (or any other database format)- Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience- Knowledge on equipment validation documents (SOR, SRS, CSV, IQ or equivalent).- Experience with design of experiments and statistical process control- Documented Training and/or certifications from (but not limited to) Siemens, Cognex or Allen Bradley**Ubicación principal** America Latina-México-Chihuahua-Ciudad Juárez**Organización** E.E.S., S.A. de C.V.
