Job Tooling Agent, Metrology Primary Location Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) Shift Any Shift Employee Status Regular Referral Amount $12,000.00 Requisition 6822 Tooling Agent, Metrology Benefits Insurance plans (Medical, life insurance, and more) Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities Ensures the optimal functioning of molds tools (implementation, support, and obsolescence) aimed at the manufacturing of aircraft. Executes maintenance plans; design, execution, and improvement of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in a timely manner. Coordinates work with service providers and management of parts and supplies inventory to ensure maintenance. Proposes improvements in processes and procedures. Provides support for operational questions and requirements from support areas. Manages safety risks in processes and tools, including risk control through FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Supports the standardization of processes, procedures, and best practices for the Querétaro site and manages these with other sites outside of Mexico. Manages projects from start to finish, and manages the project portfolio. Qualifications You have a bachelor’s degree or TSU in Aeronautical, Electric, Mechanical, Industrial or Electro-mechanics Engineering. You have 1 to 3 years of experience performing maintenance in metal mechanic structures and tooling. You have 1 to 3 years experience using: PolyWorks, Calypso You have experience managingCatia V5, NS, SolidWorks or similar design programs You have GD&T knowledge. You have strong skills for interpretation of drawings and geometric tolerances. You have experience adjusting mechanical tooling. You have intermediate English level.
