Overview:STATEMENT:The Specialist, Global Mobility & Immigration will be the main point of contact for domestic and international global and regional mobilizations, assisting employees, business leaders, and HRBPs through the mobilization life cycle.The Specialist will assist with securing and maintaining work visas in multiple countries.The position will also support the Global Mobility Manager in developing strategic world class, innovative mobility program with a strong commitment to positive employee experience.Job Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Skills**:- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).- Enthusiastic, positive, and keen to learn and develop.- Minimum intermediate user of the Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of Microsoft Excel.- Excellent written and oral communications skills required, including skills in responding to employees with tact and diplomacy.- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.- Strong commitment to high customer service and business results.- Self-starter, ability to work well independently or in a team environment.- General business acumen demonstrated analytical and creative thinking ability.- Understands the importance of confidentiality.- Strong customer service focus.- A self-motivated team player with a passion for growing a business.- Must have global/multicultural focus, sensitivities, and adaptability.- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.- Good judgement- knowing when to escalate and issue to manager.- Flexibility, grace under pressure and sense of humor.- Detail oriented; able to 'connect the dots' to see the bigger picture of related issues.Languages:- Advance in English.**Experience**:- 10+ years of related corporate mobility, tax, and immigration experience.**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Proactive self-initiating learner.- Fluency in languages spoken in the region other than English preferred but not required.- GMS Certification preferred not required.- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or other customers- Manual dexterity required- WORK ENVIRONMENT: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job within the environment.- The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated- Noise levels are considered low to moderate
