Customer Experience Strategist RoleWe are seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to lead the customer engagement strategy across fashion & beauty brands.You will manage a team, optimize multi-channel journeys, ensure smooth platform operation and drive data-driven growth, retention, and engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate the customer experience team, ensuring strategic execution and high-quality deliverables.- Design and optimize retention, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaigns.- Manage customer experience operations and marketing automation workflows.- Plan, execute, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns.- Analyze customer behavior and CRM performance.- Collaborate closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Brands, and Analytics teams.- Improve customer experience processes, governance, and data quality standards.- Manage relationships with agencies, tech partners, and external stakeholders.Requirements:- Solid experience in CRM, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation or Retention.- 1+ year leading teams or managing talent.- Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and commercial sensitivity.- Experience with CRM/CX platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys, etc.).- Fluent English.If you're driven by creating meaningful customer experiences, leading high-energy teams, and generating real impact, we'd love to meet you.
