**PLATA CARD** is a digital financial services and technology company that aims to become the primary financial relationship of Mexican consumers and to reward their financial life through inclusion, simplicity, convenience, trust, and security.Our company was founded by executives that built some of the most innovative and successful digital banking businesses in the world.We are building the strongest team to transform forever the Mexican banking landscape and how banks will work in the future.To do this, we are working on building the largest digital bank in Mexico**We are looking for our next Fraud Prevention Analyst**:Your primary responsibility is to detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent activities, therefore safeguarding the company's financial assets, and the customer's trust.**Responsibilities**:- Fraud detection - Monitor and analyze transactions, accounts, and customer profiles for signs of any possible risk.- Investigation - Gather evidence of suspected fraud activities to determine whether there is or isn't a risk- Collaboration - Constant communication with relevant areas to work side by side to ensure the implementation and enforcement of fraud prevention measures.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree desirable- Proven experience in fraud prevention, detection, or investigation- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret complex data- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders- Attention to detail to work independently and as part of a team- Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity- Intermediate English- Experience in financial servicesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,****** - $21,****** al mesHorario:- Rotativo- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vidaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál es tu nível de Inglés?Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
