**Primary Purpose**:Provide administrative support to the Operations Department and report to an Operations Manager.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.Specific activities may change from time to time.- Responsible for maintaining supplies for the department - organizing, ordering and inventory- Responsible for coordinating department events like Customer Service Week, contests and decorations- Assist with coordination of travel plans- Complete expense reports and reconcile credit card statements- Assist Operations with day to day back-office functions- Provide assistance to other departments within the Cleveland location as necessaryJOB REQUIREMENTS**Minimum Skills and Competencies**:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, or equivalent experience eon an office environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills- Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment- Ability to multi-task, handling multiple assignments at once, and prioritizing as need be- Maintain confidentiality**Desired Skills**:- Bachelor's degree
