Job Summary Sales Executive duties include meeting,touring, and involving prospective guests/owners while on propertyand presenting them with an opportunity to purchase while onpresentation, to become an owner of the finest vacation experienceor enhance owners’ portfolios with new purchase. Must maintain aprofessional and personal image that upholds the Company standardsof integrity, quality, and service to customers. Specific ExpectedContributions Prepares each day to meet guest/owners as aprofessional sales representative through proper dress code andgrooming. Adheres to standard work hours 7am – 4pm. Greets eachguest/owner in a warm and friendly manner as specified duringinitial meeting. Uses approved presentation and support materialseffectively and exclusively. Achieves individual establishedperformance guidelines within established time frames. Contributesto achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels,as set by management. Provides customer service to guest/owners asspecified in training and direction of management. Maintains thehighest level of company/competition product knowledge by attendingall required training sessions face to face an online training.Adheres to all established policies and procedures, and positionrequirements for licensures, certifications, etc. Discusses termsand conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing withcustomers after reviewing strategy with management. Effectivelygains commitment from guest/owners to purchase. Completes demo andassessment rides on a regular basis with team leaders & salesmanagers for the purpose of providing effective coaching andmotivation to improve. Models and reinforces effective sales andcustomer service practices, behaviors, and results. Participates instaff meeting and attends other meetings, such as seminars andtraining as required. Specific Candidate Profile High schooldiploma or GED or Higher preferable Proficiency in English andSpanish Sales/Marketing or tourism career background preferred.Proficiency in computers – software knowledge and skills inMicrosoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are arequirement. Exceptional customer service orientation and positivedisposition, excellent verbal/written skills and work standards,multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attentionto details, thriving on ambiguity, openness to differences andexcellent organization skills. Must be willing to work weekends andholidays as required by business needs. Stairs are a part of thebuilding structure; therefore, climbing stairs is mandatory.Processing of paperwork requires visual observations. Verbalcommunication is necessary for negotiating plans for projects.Availability to work flexible schedules and Vacation OwnershipSales Experience.
