RapidCanvas is transforming the way enterprises across Latin America adopt and scale AI.As a senior, high-impact professional in the LATAM region, you will drive enterprise growth, lead strategic partnerships, and guide regional organizations through their AI transformation journey.This role blends business development leadership, consultative solution design, and market strategy.You will engage directly with C-level executives, regional partners, and internal AI experts to identify, structure, and execute transformative initiatives that redefine how LATAM enterprises leverage agentic AI.Key Responsibilities:- Lead RapidCanvas' enterprise growth strategy in the LATAM region, owning new client acquisition, revenue growth, and market development.- Design and execute localized go-to-market strategies across key industries such as financial services, energy, retail, and manufacturing.- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through regional networking, partnerships, and executive-level engagement.You will establish RapidCanvas as the AI transformation partner of choice in the region through thought leadership and strategic ecosystem alliances.Requirements:- 8–10 years of experience in enterprise business development, consulting, or strategic growth preferably in technology, AI, or SaaS sectors.- Proven success managing enterprise relationships and complex sales cycles in the LATAM market.- Deep understanding of regional business culture, regulatory frameworks, and decision-making dynamics.The ideal candidate will have:- Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities to develop region-specific go-to-market and account strategies.- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.- CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce) and data-driven pipeline management expertise.
