ILC Dover is a world leader in the innovative design and production of engineered products employing high-performance flexible materials.Since ****, we have provided engineered solutions to complex customer problems.Initially known for the production of space suits for NASA, we leverage our vast materials, engineering, process, and design experience to create high performance systems for a wide range of industries.ILC Dover is a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, which acquired the company in February ****.**Key Responsibilities***:- Generate Weekly Production Schedule maximizing plant resources- Create Job Orders based on material and capacity- Short/midterm capacity requirement review- Labor load review- Material availability review- Responsible for administration of the expected inventory levels of finished goods and sub-assemblies at plant by division.- Interacts with factory floor to make the production schedule is followed based on dates and priorities given- Escalates identified risks- Data analysis overviews- Direct contact with Customer Service to establish agreements and coordinate on time delivery- Review customer requirements, participate in new product introductions, inventory management, negotiate potential product end of life activities and material flow by cost center- Makes protections for KPIs, financial and operations indicators, as requested by top management- Attends and participates in meetings related to functions- makes presentations as required for KPIs**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain preferred) or equivalent relevant experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment- English- Strong organizational and communication skills, time management and proven computer skills- Ability to deal with fast paced multiple demands and very dynamic situations
