Deer Designer is looking for a talented Web & Visual Designer based in Latin America to help us deliver world-class design for global startups. Headquartered in London, we offer a stable, long-term remote career with a focus on professional development and "Western-market" design standards. You’ll bridge the gap between branding and web interfaces, using Figma and AI tools to produce high-impact results for our clients. Key Responsibilities Execute responsive web designs and high-fidelity UI elements. Translate client briefs into strategic digital assets (ads, landing pages, social). Integrate AI-enhanced workflows to stay ahead of the design curve. Collaborate asynchronously with a diverse, global team. Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in a remote agency or tech environment. Tech Stack: Mastery of Figma (including variables and components) and Adobe Creative Cloud. AI Enthusiast: Willingness to use tools like MidJourney and ChatGPT to optimize output. Language: Advanced English (writing/reading) is essential. Trial: Must be willing to complete a 5-day paid Design Bootcamp. Compensation & Perks Stability: Long-term, permanent remote contract.
