This role bridges finance stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SAP FICO functionalities are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with business goals in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), and a strong background in cloud-based SAP implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the project team, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes, recommend improvements, and ensure effective integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS. You’ll facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, drive process optimization, and guide teams through successful delivery. You’ll also support user training, post-go-live stabilization, compliance alignment, and help shape reporting and analytics capabilities in the cloud.Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementationsExperience with SAP Activate, SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FSCMStrong knowledge of core finance processes and cloud-specific capabilitiesExperience with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard implementation methodologyPreferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certificationExperience with Public Cloud extensibility (In-App/Side-by-Side) and integration frameworksWhy Syntax?Become a part of our success story and work in a company with exciting innovation projects that are causing a stir across the industry.
