Human Resources Business PartnerWe are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees within the US Nearshoring Hub based in Mexico City.Your primary focus will be on ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR practices.Key Responsibilities1.Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement efficient recruitment processes for Hub US positions.Design onboarding and retention strategies that enhance employee experience.2.Talent Management: Plan and implement HR processes, training, and organizational development, change management, and policy implementation.3.Strategic HR Process Control: Monitor, improve, and streamline HR processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.4.Communication & Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact, building strong partnerships with stakeholders in the US and Mexico, as well as with Hub employees, to ensure effective communication, trust, and engagement.5.Partner with Leaders: Support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Requirements- Strong Knowledge of HR Processes: Recruitment, performance management, compensation, and training.- Proficiency in HRIS Tools: Greenhouse or similar systems.- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Using HR metrics and KPIs.- Solid Knowledge of Organizational Development: Principles and practices.- Excellent Communication Skills: Oral and written.- Strategic Thinking: Balancing long-term vision and immediate needs.- High Adaptability: Dynamic, multicultural environment.- Problem-Solving Mindset: Collaborative solutions.Benefits- A positive and collaborative work environment based on respect and teamwork.- A safe and discrimination-free workplace where every voice is valued and every person truly matters.- Excellent benefits promoting personal well-being and professional development: 30 days of Christmas bonus, grocery vouchers, 13% savings fund, Insurance of Major Medical Expenses, Life Insurance, vacation days above the law, additional days off, English courses, corporate discounts, medical virtual clinic, among others.- Computer equipment.- Hybrid work model.- Direct hiring (100% payroll).At OMGWe DO NOT discriminate based on race, ethnic origin, age, sex, gender, marital status, ideology, political opinion, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other personal, physical, or social condition.Through this, we build an inclusive, respectful and diverse culture.
