**Job Title**:Engagement Manager**Job Location**:CDMX, Mexico**We need a strong technical engagement manager with experience in IPTV and OTT to be involve in the project locally at the earliest.**- Well versed with customer relationship, account farming & Mining;- Techno Functional & Commercial Experience;- Telecom, OTT & OSS/BSS, Media & Video Experience Preferred- Should be VISA Ready to relocate to Mexico;- Min of 5+ years Program Management, Engagement Experience- **Experience of worked with Claro or America Movil Organisation or their competetor would be added advantage;**:- **Nagra**:- **Broadpeak**:- **Akamai**:- **Seachange**:- **Operators or Media Companies**:- **Etc.****Preference**- A person having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently **OR**:- A person from Mexican origin, having experience of working as an engagement manager for Indian IT services organization, speaks English and Spanish fluently.- Experience in Media & Telecom domain business.**High level Roles & Responsibilities**- Embed and work very closely with Customer organization/account for growing the existing service lines.Work on mining the account for more opportunities in the existing and other divisions of customer organizations to enhance business growth.- Meet the revenue targets for the account.- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.CSAT Index - Ensure Coverage, Response rate of >80%, CSAT Average of 4.5 & above- Onsite attrition - Timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers, engaging them.- Timeliness of alerts/intelligence for business growth/retention.- Act as the onsite bridge for all offshore engineers to enable them understand requirements unambiguously for turning around proposals & deliver projects successfully.- Build strong relationship with customers to ensure business continuity and business growth.**Job Type**: ContractPay: $***** - $***** per hour**Experience**:- Engagement Manager: 5 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Ciudad de México (required)Ability to Relocate:- Ciudad de México: Relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
