Chief Operating Officer | AFSL RM | PaaP | AML Expert | FintechCompany DescriptionISEND GLOBAL is a leader in cross-border payment solutions, leveraging advanced fintech technology to provide efficient and secure payment services worldwide.With an extensive network of global partners, ISEND GLOBAL supports businesses and communities in over 110 countries.The company is committed to minimizing cross-border transfer costs, empowering individuals and SMEs to expand their global presence effectively.Equipped with robust payment platforms, compliance modules and business automation tools, ISEND GLOBAL ensures seamless and secure international transactions that break down financial barriers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Operations and Account Officer.The successful candidate will oversee cross-border payment operations, ensure compliance with payment regulations, manage customer-company accounts and analyze financial data.They will provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate financial records, issue TAX and VAT accordingly, conduct internal financial audits and collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in Financial Statements and understanding of Finance-related processes.Understanding local TAX, VAT guidelines.Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and resolve complex issues.Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all operational tasks.Familiarity with compliance regulations in cross-border payments is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is an advantage.Must have English language proficiency along with Spanish.DetailsSeniority Level: Entry levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Accounting / Auditing and Finance#J-*****-Ljbffr
