EHSS MANAGERBachelor's degree or equivalent related experience 5+ yearsCSP, CHMM, Other related certifications preferredPartners with site management in the areas of environmental, health, safety and risk management to lead the EHS RM program/culture through proactive continuous improvement activities.Trains team to proactively promote well-being of employees and communities where we work.May manage EHS Specialist(s) in assigned location.Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.Develops, implements, and improves environmental, health and safety programs based on regulations, corporate standards, and best practices for location.Ensures appropriate EHS standards and inspections are implemented and prepares, or reviews reports to identify opportunities for improvement.Leads supervision to complete, thorough and timely incident investigation and implementation of corrective action activities.May manage workers compensation and claims management, including coordinating return to work activities and claim resolution.Ensures compliance.Ensures well-being of employees through awareness and emergency preparedness.Implements systems for the monitoring of workplace safety risks and environmental impact through six sigma analysis of processes, materials, equipment and the work habits of employees.Identifies potential or actual risk through audits or inspections and implements corrective actions.Manages sustainability efforts to minimize hazardous/non-hazardous waste, water emissions, air emissions, energy consumption, and other related environmental compliance activities.Manages compliance with government regulations, permitting, training, reporting, and corporate policies/procedures for assigned location(s).Competences - Technical Knowledge, Results and Performance Orientation, Communication and change management, Critical Thinking, Teamwork and People ManagementAbout Regal Rexnord- The Company's end markets benefit from meaningful secular demand tailwinds, and include factory automation, food & beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehouse, alternative energy, residential and commercial buildings, general industrial, construction, metals and mining, and agriculture.
