This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company.We are currently looking for a Principal Cloud Consultant (AWS) in Latin America.As a Principal Cloud Consultant, you will play a strategic role in designing and delivering cloud solutions that are secure, scalable, and cost-efficient.You will lead technical engagements, manage project teams, and provide expert guidance on cloud architecture primarily in AWS.Your role will involve collaborating with client stakeholders across all levels, ensuring alignment and maximizing business value.This position is remote, offering the opportunity to work with international clients while leveraging your expertise to drive impactful cloud transformations.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.AccountabilitiesLead cloud migration initiatives, cloud-native solution design, and infrastructure optimization projects on AWS.Provide architecture guidance to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and highly available.Collaborate with client executives, management, and engineering teams to align technology with business objectives.Mentor and manage project teams, fostering technical growth and high performance.Identify opportunities to expand services and add value to client organizations.Maintain clear communication, documentation, and project tracking with clients and internal teams.Requirements8+ years of progressive technical experience, with extensive hands-on expertise in AWS.AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification (required); additional Azure or GCPcertifications preferred.Proven experience leading cloud projects from conception to delivery.Ability to consult at a strategic level and tailor solutions to client needs.Strong prior consulting experience or demonstrated aptitude for consultative engagement.Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical solutions across organizational levels.Strong project management capabilities, independent, proactive, and comfortable in flat, agile environments.Experience managing complexity, ambiguity, and evolving project scopes; leadership experience is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive USD-based monthly compensation ($4,000–$6,000, depending on seniority and skillset).Remote work, fully based in Latin America, with opportunities to collaborate across borders.Work as an independent contractor through a payroll platform.Exposure to high-impact projects and international clients.Professional growth opportunities and continuous learning environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
