We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as an Advanced Process Engineer Sr, based in Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, Nuevo León, México. (E-Systems Division).As an Advanced Process Engineer Sr, you will be responsible for development, optimization and implementation of surface mount processes to ensure efficient, high-quality and cost-effective production.Your Tasks will be:Develop and control engineering releases, process changes, and efficiency improvements.Apply quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, and Core Tools.Support multifunctional teams in implementing best practices and lessons learned.Ensure compliance with IATF standards and customer-specific requirements.Perform cost analysis, cycle time estimation, and process flow evaluation for existing and new products.Collaborate with the cost engineering team to estimate manufacturing costs and optimize resource utilization.Work closely with customers and internal teams to align SMT and backend processes with OEM and Tier 1 supplier requirements.Support customer audits and technical reviews by providing process documentation and validation reports.Train manufacturing and engineering personnel in best practices for SMT, backend processes, and troubleshooting techniques.To be successful in this role you will need:Education: Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or any related field.Experience in automotive electronics needed.Knowledge in Manufacturing Cost Analysis, Quoting, Capacity Analysis, Conformal Coating, Functional Testing, and Assembly Processes.Core Tools, IPC 610, PFMA, Process Flow, DFM and Problem-solving knowledge.8+ years of experience in Engineering Areas.Proficient English level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
