Company DescriptionVisa is a world leader in digital payments, facilitating more than 215 billion payments transactions between consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and government entities across more than 200 countries and territories each year.Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative, convenient, reliable, and secure payments network, enabling individuals, businesses, and economies to thrive.When you join Visa, you join a culture of purpose and belonging - where your growth is priority, your identity is embraced, and the work you do matters.We believe that economies that include everyone everywhere, uplift everyone everywhere.Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world - helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.**Join Visa, A Network Working for Everyone.****Job Description**:Highly strategic position the role requires to lead Visa Mexico ´s Marketing plans with Merchant clients.The position is responsible for leading and/or coordinating the efforts in Mexico to identify strategies and plan executions to achieve Business and Marketing objectives for Visa and Visa ´s Clients.Responsible for the creation and execution of Ad Hoc Marketing plans for Key Merchant Visa clients in Mexico.The main objective of the position is generating accelerated revenue growth of Visa ´s business in partnership with Visa ´s Key clients.This Director position is responsible for making every transaction a Visa transaction by developing and implementing marketing plans to support the Visa Mexico business goals.Maintaining Brand leadership is key, via the generation of breakthrough Marketing Strategies and plans.We are looking for a talented, high-energy marketer to join our team with the aspiration to build a career within Visa.**Essential Responsibilities**- Drive Card activation and incremental usage in Key Merchants- The activation of the Visa portfolios is key to Visa Mexico given its incremental revenue potential and the strategic role of creating differentiation with Merchants against the competition- Generate Cobranded Card programs with Merchants, via sales pitch development support and marketing plans.- Addressing the Marketing opportunities and challenges will require Team coordination and leadership skills- The Merchant Client Marketing is expected to provide analytical support and execution discipline to generate incremental business- Allocate Co-manage Marketing budget and activities- Strategy and execution alignment & Coordination with Visa Merchant Business development function- Tracking performance and analytics of campaigns and projects- In addition will work with international teams, Marketing Visa LAC and Visa Global teams- Develop and execute Merchant client marketing strategies and plans for Mexico.- Actively participate on the development of innovative products, differentiated brand experiences and new payment solutions in collaboration with Merchant Clients.- Work in coordination with the Client Marketing LAC region Team.- Work with agencies in Mexico to develop Client Marketing projects.This is a hybrid position.Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.**Qualifications**:Basic Qualifications- 6 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD- Full proficiency in EnglishPreferred Qualifications- Superior marketing skills, with proven track record of developing winning marketing campaigns that contribute to brand and business growth, based on hard data.- Consumer understanding skills, familiarity with research and exploration techniques.- Deep understanding of digital and social media and its opportunities for marketing.- Experience working in a matrix environment.- Ability to successfully communicate with and engage different audiences.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.
