If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job Summary**Principle Accountabilities:*** Performs set‑up of processing equipment.* Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.* Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.* Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.* Line change configuration.* Performs corrective maintenance.* Follows escalation procedures.**Education / Experience**Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 6+ years of related experience.**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities**As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.**Scope / Impact**May direct other employees; in some sites, functions as a working supervisor with large scope of responsibility. Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department Moderate impact. **Decision Making / Discretion**Determines quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments. Decisions may affect department/ function.**Supervision / Leadership**Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often leads or supervises the activities of other nonexempt personnel.**Work Environment:**While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion.
