The ideal candidate has proven experience in digital marketing leadership or senior performance roles, with a deep understanding of paid media, customer journeys, CRM, segmentation, and optimisation frameworks. Responsibilities Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Oversee performance analytics and data‑driven decision making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
