**Descripción**Your JobFinancial Systems Support AnalystOur TeamThis position will report to the KTC Technical Lead in Bangalore but will be required to interact daily with the Accounting IT and business teams in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and various international.What You Will Do- Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- Work with Financial Systems colleagues to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions.- Support ad-hoc data requests (like requests for extracts or database views) and answer data related questions from business users.- Perform impact analysis, develop business requirements, and create process and project documentation.- Involve in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, implementation, and testing.- Application Support- Provide interface support for Financial Applications and other technology solutions (integration with Business Unit ERPs and corporate systems)- Hands-on development tasks - bug fixes, changes- End-user questions/issues- User access reviews/reportingWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar engineering fields.- 5-7 years of overall work experience.- 4+ years - iSeries development and support (RPG IV, ILE, SQL, CL)- 3+ years of experience in financial system/Infinium analysis/requirements, design, testing and implementation of AR/AP, GL, FA and LIFO modules- 2+ years of DB2 database experience- On-call support required, available to work after-hours/weekends as neededWhat Will Put You Ahead- Knowledge of Infor Infinium financial systems- Experience with Turnover Change Management tool- Experience supporting distributed /outsourced services organizationsWho We AreAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.Learn how ourbusiness philosophyhelps employees unleash their potential while creating value for themselves and the company.
