Asistir al director en temas administrativos y apoyo en HR- Experiência mínima de 3 años como Asistente Administrativa / HR**Sobre nuestro cliente**:Empresa transnacional del sector Farmacéutico**Descripción**:Principales responsabilidades- Dar atención a recepción de clientes internos, externos y distribución de paquetería en la región.- Coordinación de eventos- Administrar y controlarlas vacaciones- Elaborar y reportar las incidencias para el procesamiento de la nómina mensual- Comprar y administrar los insumos para oficina tales como despensa, papelería, limpieza, etc.- Administrar prestaciones del personal como: tarjetas de regalo, días de cumpleaños- Elaboración de altas de personal- Creación, administración y resguardo de expedientes físicos y electrónicos de colaboradores- Elaboración de reportes como maestro de personal, bajas, activos, etc.- Elaborar las cuentas por pagar relativas a procesos de Recursos Humanos- Soporte a empleados respecto a procesos de Recursos Humanos- Apoyar en la generación de información requerida para auditorias- Gestionar a los proveedores que utiliza el área- Gestionar credenciales de nuevo ingreso y de acceso a las oficinas- Creación y difusión de comunicación de avisos organizacionales- Administración de tarjetas de estacionamiento**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:- Orientación al cliente- Colaboración- Flexibilidad- Trabajo en equipo- Comunicación- Analítico- Inglés intermedio - avanzado**Qué Ofrecemos**:Sueldo $25,000 MXN Brutos + prestaciones superiores de ley32 dias aguinaldoVales de despensa y vales de restaurante topados12 dias de vacacionesFondo de ahorroSGMMSeguro de vidaBono 10% de su sueldo anualBono Navideño
