Support Engineering Change Management (ECM) by maintaining accurate data and impact analysis. Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Excel (advanced formulas, macro) and Power BI . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Create and maintain data models to support cost, weight, and performance analysis. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources and systems. Prepare visual reports and summaries for technical and management reviews. Location Work remotely with a dynamic global engineering team. Continuous growth opportunities in data analytics and product engineering. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field . 3+ years of experience in an automotive or engineering environment . Strong knowledge of vehicle systems , ideally including propshafts, IP console, closures, or chassis components . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA). Experience in Power BI for data visualization and performance dashboards. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working remotely in an English-speaking, global environment . Preferred Skills Experience with engineering change processes and vehicle BOM data . Knowledge of Teamcenter, PLM, or automotive data management systems . Ability to communicate complex technical data in a clear, concise way.
