Business Process AnalystLocation: Mexico City (Hybrid)As the global leader in eye care, Alcon has built a rich history of providing innovative products to customers and patients all over the world.We're extremely proud of our legacy and the significant way we've helped to shape the industry over the last 70 years, but we're just getting started.Our relentless passion to eliminate unmet medical needs drives our pursuit to further advance eye health worldwide.We're looking for exceptionally talented, driven people who want to make a difference.If you'd like to help us change the way the world sees, this is your chance to Be BrilliantThe person in this position will support the Business Process Team, providing high-quality services, analyzing, and refining requirements for delivering the necessary technology service to business.The Business Process Expert will work closely with the business and solution teams to translate business requirements and user stories into high quality functional design documents that can be delivered by the solution teams to ensure the best user experience possible for customersHow You Will Make a Difference- Key responsibilities_- Develop project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects- Highlight/identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders- Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions- Liaise with the service development team to suggest a high-level functional solution- Develop project estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services- Provide expert guidance and consulting to business and junior team members to ensure best practices are employed to provide the best user experience possible- Perform in a functional expert role to the Agile team's continuing success and improvement, by leading Agile ceremonies as required and delivering assigned artifacts- Work with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize business and functional requirements through Backlog Grooming and Sprint Planning sessions- Oversee the development of high-quality user stories, including appropriate acceptance criteria and testing requirements- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing servicesWhat We Can Offer You- Opportunity to join growing, early-stage organization built within a mature, stable global company- Friendly working environment and a diverse and highly motivated team- Individual career development plan and possible career growth within newly created account- Truly international environment and daily interactions with colleagues and stakeholders from all over the world- Attractive benefits & compensation package- Flexible hours and remote work possibilities (min 3 days per week office-based)Skills For Success- Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements_- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, MIS or Business Administration or a related field- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (verbally and written) skills- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with a breadth and variety of internal and external resources.- Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team- Ability to operate in a global organization- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and thought leader- In conjunction with peers, recommend and help design business process changes for better product adoption- Develop long-term action plans in consultation with Business and IT peers- Regular and close engagement with all stakeholders- Work with vendors and matrix teams to ensure continued product growth in an agile fashionKINDLEY SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH
