MISION DEL PUESTO:Liderar el desarrollo de los procesos de fabricación tanto para apoyar a las operaciones diarias, así como a los proyectos de largo plazo, implementar mejoras operativas basadas en nuevos procesos y/o mejora de procesos a los sistemas existentes, implementar los controles y nuevo equipo para impulsar mejoras de calidad, entrega, seguridad y costo.PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:*Crear, publicar y mantener la documentación del proceso, tales como ITOPs, diagramas de flujo, FMEA, etc.*Coadyuvar a resolver los problemas diaria de producción mediante la recopilación y análisis de datos para determinar la causa raíz y la aplicación a corto y largo plazo las acciones correctivas y planes de acción de producción.*Participar en la instalación y la secuenciación de las máquinas y estaciones de trabajo, herramientas, piezas y suministros para optimizar la eficiencia del proceso de producción.*Participar en la crea ion de proyectos de nuevas líneas de producción, en la especificación (RFQ), lay out, selección.compra, aceptación e instalación de nuevas líneas de producción.*Proponer soluciones a problemas específicos de calidad, ingeniería industrial, mantenimiento, reducción de costos y las implementa.*Participar con los ingenieros de diseño en discutir y evaluar el diseño de nuevos productos o re-diseño y fabricación de los mismos.**Requisitos**:*Ingeniero Mecánico Electricista.mecatrónico y o Automatización*Conocimientos de 3 a 5 años en:- Electricidad (pruebas dieléctricas)- Principios de funcionabilidad de los motores eléctricos- Embobinado de motores- Interpretación de dibujos (dimensionado geométrico)- Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos de potencia- Interpretación de resultados estadísticos*Experiências de trabajo de 3 a 5 años como:- Ingeniero de manufactura en empresas de transformadores /motores eléctricos- Empresas del ramo eléctrico*Ingles Avanzado.ofrecemos, excelente sueldo y prestaciones superiores a las de la leyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinido
